What are self-adhesive wall graphics?

Our self-adhesive vinyl graphics are made from a thin film. They are recommended for use on properly prepared smooth surfaces only. The suitability for each vinyl will depend on the finish you are looking for, the application, and the amount of time intended for it's use.

How do I install a wall graphic

To install wall graphics. Follow these steps:
1. Clean and dry the surface.
2. Peel off the backing of the vinyl and apply it to the surface, smoothing out any bubbles or wrinkles as you go.
3. If you need to reposition the vinyl, gently lift it off the surface and reapply.
4. Once the vinyl is in place, use a squeegee or similar tool to firmly press it onto the surface, making sure there are no air bubbles.

How big can you print wall graphics?

We can make prints in any size, although we might need to split them into sections. The biggest width we can print in one piece depends on the material we use. If you want us to split your vinyl in a specific way, please tell us in the notes.

What is grey backed blockout vinyl?

Block out vinyl has a grey adhesive that prevents show through from light sources or the surface to which it is applied. Our block out vinyl has a grey backing that ensures complete opacity when applied.

How do I order wall graphics?

To order wall graphics for an area, measure the area and enter it on our website using centimetres. We suggest ordering a bit more vinyl than you need to account for any surface problems. After installing, you can trim any excess vinyl. Please note that there may be up to a 3mm variation in the final size of your vinyl due to factors such as trimming, temperatures, and lamination.

What wall surfaces are suitable for wall graphics?

Self-adhesive vinyl graphics are usually designed for smooth, flat surfaces that have been correctly prepared in advance. However, some of our materials are more forgiving than others. If you need advice before placing your order, please contact us. We would be happy to discuss your surface area and desired outcome with you.

Can you help me to design my wall graphic?

Yes we offer a 1-2hr expert design service you can select when ordering our wall graphics. Our expert design service will make sure your vinyl designs really stand out, looks professional and sharp.

What format should my artwork be in?

We recommend the following file formats: PDF (Press Ready, High Quality Print, or PDF/X), EPS, TIFF, JPEG
To ensure the best results, make sure all fonts and imagery are embedded and outlined at full print size.

Can you colour match?

Despite our efforts to match colours to the original files, different materials may print slightly differently due to finishes and textures.

Can I upload more than one image per order?

Yes, upload your artwork using our upload area when creating your order. CMYK or files with no background may appear distorted in the upload preview. There's no need to worry, we'll receive your original file just fine.

Can you edit my artwork?

Yes, of course. We have a design team that is capable of exceeding your expectations, no matter whether you are a small business, a household brand, or an individual celebrating a birthday. Choose one of our design packages and provide us with a detailed brief when creating your order. We will email you proofs before printing for your approval.
