What materials do you use for display boards?

Foamex board is our main material used for display board printing. This is a PVC foam board that’s easy to cut to any custom shape and is lightweight for easy transport. Foamex is also sturdy and long-lasting, making it ideal for prolonged indoor displays.

What Rigid Display Stands used For?

Our rigid panel display stands offer a clean and simple way to showcase information, advertising, or branding materials. Assembling our rigid poster holders is a breeze and requires no tools. Each stand can support a rigid board measuring up to 1500mm in height.

How do I install Rigid Display Stands?

Our Rigid Display Stands are easy to assemble and come with all the necessary fitting instructions to help you clip and unclip your boards into place quickly.

Can I use the Rigid Display Stand for swapping multiple boards?

Yes you can order more boards or replacement Foamex boards for your rigid poster holder, simply let us know your requirements.

Can I use my rigid display stand for outdoor signage?

We do not recommend using our rigid display stands for outdoor use. They have not been designed to withstand wind, rain, and other environmental changes nor have they any fixing points to secure them for outdoor use.

What is Foamex?

Foamex is an excellent type of PVC foam board that is lightweight, durable, and easy to cut and shape. It has become a go-to material for signage, displays, and other applications where a sturdy and weather-resistant material is a requirement.

How tall can my rigid board be?

Our stands can display rigid boards up to 1500mm high without requiring tools for assembly.

How do I order a Rigid Display Stand?

To order your Rigid Display Stand, select your stand size, choose wether it is to be single or double sided. Select the number of rigid display stands required. Upload your artwork that you want to use; or select design and print and we will design it for you. Add to your cart, follow the payment and delivery options and within 7 days your printed Correx Boards will be with you.

How do I clean Rigid Display Stands?

Rigid Display Stands will generally stay clean especially with the rain to wash away any light dust. If you do need to wash them down we recommend using a damp cloth with a mild soap and water to help remove stubborn stains.

Will the Rigid Display Stands get scuffed or scratched?

Rigid Display Stands and Boards are designed to be sturdy and durable, but they may still get scuffed or scratched over time. To minimise this, we recommend storing them properly when not in use and handling them with care.

What format should my artwork be in?

We recommend the following file formats: PDF (Press Ready, High Quality Print, or PDF/X), EPS, TIFF, JPEG
To ensure the best results, make sure all fonts and imagery are embedded and outlined at full print size.

Can I upload more than one image per order?

Despite our efforts to match colours to the original files, different materials may print slightly differently due to finishes and textures.

Can you colour match?

Yes, upload your artwork using our upload area when creating your order. CMYK or files with no background may appear distorted in the upload preview. There's no need to worry, we'll receive your original file just fine.

Can you edit my artwork?

Yes, of course. We have a design team that is capable of exceeding your expectations, no matter whether you are a small business, a household brand, or an individual celebrating a birthday. Choose one of our design packages and provide us with a detailed brief when creating your order. We will email you proofs before printing for your approval.
