What is Correx Board Printing?

Correx board printing is the process of placing designs on a fluted plastic - which is also known as ‘twin-walled’. Not only is it affordable, but due to its material it’s durable, making it perfect for temporary outdoor signs like site notices and event displays.

How do I install Correx Boards?

You can mount Correx signs using glue, tape, wire, rope, cable ties and even Velcro. However, if you want a more secure and reliable option, we always recommend drilling holes in the pliable material and securing the signs with screws or bolts. This ensures that your Correx sign stays in place and withstands any weather conditions or external forces.

What is Better, Correx or Foamex?

Whether Correx or Foamex is better for your signage depends on what it’s being used for. Correx boards are predominantly used for temporary signage as the material is lightweight and flexible. Meanwhile, Foamex is denser and more rigid, so whilst it’s durable, it’s usually a better long-term solution.

What is the Lifespan of a Correx Board?

If used outdoors, Correx boards can last 1-2 years. However, this will vary depending on the environment, weather conditions, and usage. They might be designed for short-term use, but they can last for many years in indoor spaces.

What format should my artwork be in?

We recommend the following file formats: PDF (Press Ready, High Quality Print, or PDF/X), EPS, TIFF, JPEG
To ensure the best results, make sure all fonts and imagery are embedded and outlined at full print size.

Can you colour match?

Despite our efforts to match colours to the original files, different materials may print slightly differently due to finishes and textures.

Can I upload more than one image per order?

Yes, upload your artwork using our upload area when creating your order. CMYK or files with no background may appear distorted in the upload preview. There's no need to worry, we'll receive your original file just fine.

Can you edit my artwork?

Yes, of course. We have a design team that is capable of exceeding your expectations, no matter whether you are a small business, a household brand, or an individual celebrating a birthday. Choose one of our design packages and provide us with a detailed brief when creating your order. We will email you proofs before printing for your approval.
